A woman was drawing water in the middle of the day alone at the well, and was faced with the realities of her life. Through a conversation she was able to find freedom from a shame cycle. Ultimately moving from the pain of past events into a new life. (John 4: 1-26)
What I love about this story, is she didn’t remain stuck. Unfortunately, our past events can lead to isolation, a loss of identity, or a false narrative.
You may feel stuck, but counseling can lead to restoration and renewal.
