About Michelle

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

My work is rooted in a deep calling to walk with individuals through places of pain and into lasting restoration. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Supervisor, I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals seeking healing, growth, and transformation. My work is centered on helping clients navigate the effects of trauma—particularly betrayal trauma—by addressing both the emotional and physiological impact of their experiences. My hope is you will discover the hidden strength to confront and rewrite the false narratives that caused pain, and move towards wholeness.

A little about me. . .

I love being outdoors, chasing sunsets, traveling, or getting lost in a good book. I’m an eclectic individual who enjoys exploring life and going wherever the Lord leads me. One thing I have learned in life, is just to be. . . be present, be available, be authentic, and live life undistracted. You can follow me on instagram, and see where I am going or read some of the insights, I have gained in just being.
